    Synthesis

    Sequences are assembled by solid-phase peptide synthesis, residue by residue.

    Purification

    Crude peptide is purified by preparative HPLC. Fractions are pooled against the purity specification.

    Lyophilisation

    The purified solution is freeze-dried into a stable cake.

    Fill and finish

    Vials are filled by mass, stoppered and crimp-sealed with an aluminium cap.

    Each lot is tested for HPLC purity and pH, then released with its certificate.

The whole process

Released by lot, with its certificate

A lot of this product is not supplied until it is tested. Release is a decision against a written specification, taken once per lot.

  • The lot is tested for purity by HPLC and for pH.
  • Results are compared against the specification, not against the previous lot.
  • A lot that does not meet the specification is not released.

Each lot is released against a written purity specification. The result for a lot is on its certificate.

Purity is confirmed by an independent third-party laboratory alongside our own release testing.
