Lyotek manufactures lyophilised research peptides and supplies them through an authorised distributor. This website describes what we make, how it is tested and how it is documented.
You can reach the laboratory at info@lyotek.com for documentation, distribution and legal matters.
2. This website is not a shop
No purchase can be made on this website. There is no cart, no checkout, no price list and no payment facility. Product availability, pricing and delivery are handled by the authorised distributor, on its own website and under its own terms.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Specifications are published so that a buyer can evaluate the material; they are not a contract.
3. Product information
We publish compound names, net quantities, CAS numbers, molecular formulae, presentations and storage conditions. This information describes the material and is not a recommendation for any use.
We do not publish dosing information, and nothing on this website should be read as guidance for administration to humans or animals. See the research-use disclaimer.
4. Documentation
Certificates of analysis are issued per lot and travel with the product. Copies are available through the distributor and from the laboratory on request, subject to identification of the lot.
Documentation describing alignment to the quality standards on this site is available on request. Where a certificate number is not shown, none is claimed.
5. Intellectual property
The Lyotek name, the crimp-jaw mark, the wordmark, label artwork and the content of this website are our property. You may not reproduce them without written permission, other than for the ordinary purpose of evaluating or reselling products supplied through our authorised distributor.
6. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website, which is provided for information. Liability in respect of products is addressed in the supply terms.
