No distributor, store or marketplace is named anywhere on this site, and no link leaves this page toward a place where product can be bought.

How supply works

Lyotek appoints authorised distributors and supplies them under written terms. A distributor handles orders, payment, delivery and customer correspondence. Every vial it holds is manufactured, tested and released by Lyotek and carries a Lyotek lot number.

The separation is deliberate. The laboratory publishes specifications and documentation; the distributor publishes prices and availability. Neither does the other's job.

Becoming an authorised distributor

Distributors are appointed by territory under written supply terms covering documentation, storage conditions, complaint handling and the withdrawal of a lot. Enquiries are answered by email.

What every product carries

  1. A lot number

    Printed on the label and matched to one certificate of analysis.

  2. A certificate of analysis

    HPLC purity and pH per lot, issued with the lot and available from the laboratory on request.

  3. A complete label

    Compound name, net quantity, lot, storage and the research-use statement, with a code to the lot record.

Stored and shipped at the condition on the label

Lyophilised vials are held at 2 to 8 °C and protected from light. Bacteriostatic water is held at 20 to 25 °C.

The storage condition is printed on every label.
Vials are packed upright, in a tray, inside an insulated shipment.

No transit monitoring, no transit duration, no courier and no destination list is stated, because none is confirmed.
